Moon unit (2)

So NASA's planned moonbase may be near the south pole of the moon. Thirty years ago, the TV series Space: 1999 featured Moonbase Alpha. It would be located at Plato crater, near the Sea of Showers - at 51.6° N, 9.3° W, according to Wikipedia.
