Dumb business names

Here's one I would nominate: Ruth' Chris Steak House.

What the heck kind of name is that? If Chris started it, then Ruth bought it, why didn't she just call it Ruth's Steak House? Or if she thought that the Chris name was worth keeping, why the heck did she slap hers on there?
