Vivitar

On this day in 1978, I bought a Vivitar zoom lens, which I later lost on a train in Italy on August 2, 1983. It was a 75-150 f3.8 zoom. It was a nice compact lens. It had separate focus and zoom rings, unlike my the Vivitar Series 1 lenses, which had a single zoom/focus ring.

Why do I remember trivial things like this? I don't know. I just do.
