More housekeeping

When I ran the First Ever Brain Capacity Readers Poll, I didn't expect so much trouble over what I saw as a simple, inoffensive question about people calling their dogs funny names. I immediately became embroiled in several lawsuits, so I was not able to report about that question when I posted the poll results.

I promised to fight these nuisance lawsuits, and I'm happy to report that a Small Claims Court judge has dismissed all five actions. However since each claim was for less than $500, I was not able to claim any legal costs. You can read the judge's reasons for decision here.

On another topic, I've decided not to make any further posts about articles until fall.
